Customer’s Responsibility:
Address Verification: Customers are responsible for the accuracy of the addresses they provide. TruHealth Clinic LLC will not be held liable for any returned or forwarded package, failed deliveries, and automatic address corrections, as well as any fee or cost associated with these that is a result of an incorrect address.
As of January 1, 2018, FedEx increased their Additional Handling Fee to $15 for any refusal, forwarding, return, or address correction, even as small as a zip code being 1-digit off.
Return Policy: In the unlikely event that a return is requested, returns must include all original items undamaged and in resalable condition within 15 days from the date of purchase. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Additional Notes about Warranty:
Monthly Subscriptions: When canceling a monthly subscription, all future charges associated with future months of your subscription will be canceled. You may notify us of your intent to cancel at any time at office@truhealthclinicutah.com; your cancellation will become effective at the end of your current monthly billing period.
You will not receive a refund if you received the physical product before you canceled the subscription. If you are enrolled in an active subscription and do not want to get charged for a new subscription order, you must cancel your subscription before its scheduled renewal date.
Canceling your subscription after a renewal order has been created for you does not automatically undo the order’s creation.
